Ok, its 5:30AM here and i'm watching Tron: Legacy for about the 1,000th time. Now don't get me wrong I LOVE this movie, and hate it at the same time. I'll tell you why, this 27 year later sequel is yes a brilliant idea, but at the same time its sorta absurd at the same time due to the fact that so many people can either relate to the story line or not.
Every time I watch this I get irritated and sometimes sad because when Sam (Kevin Hedlund) finds his dad, Kevin (Jeff Bridges) its supposed to be a happy moment. The reunion of father and son. I get frustrated and sad because my dad left me, and I do miss him (sometimes and sometimes not so much). I sometimes want there to a moment like that in the movie, when they meet back up after 27 years of not seeing each other. But I know that that'll never happen. My wishes and dreams never come true.
